SHIPPING

Please note: due to transport and staff shortages at our logistics partners we are experiencing delays in getting GROUNDED to our customers. Most orders are delivered in 2-3 days, but some are taking longer than that. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

DPD Next Day (if ordered before 13:00)

We offer next day shipping on orders made before 13:00 Monday-Friday You will receive tracking from the carrier once it has been marked as dispatched by our warehouse.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note will be left asking you to contact the courier directly in order to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable.

If you order doesn’t arrive within 5 working days, please contact orders@grounded.co.uk to investigate further with the courier.

Royal Mail 48 hours (before 13:00)

Orders made after 13:00 Mon-Fri will. Be shipped via a Royal Mail 48 hour service.

You will receive tracking from the carrier once it has been marked as dispatched by our warehouse.

Quiver - same day delivery in London (postcode + stock dependent)

Please email orders@grounded.co.uk if your order doesn’t arrive within the quoted time frame.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

We currently do not offer returns due to the nature of our product - however if you are not satisfied or have a question regarding your delivery/order, please reach out to orders@grounded.co.uk and we would be happy to help you.

If you are not satisfied with your products, or simply don’t like them - we get it, it (rarely) happens, we may still be able to refund you! If you donate your unopened/unused shakes to a food bank (photographic evidence needed) then we would be happy to refund part of your order.
